What You Cannot Do
Misuse our service, resell generated content as a competing service, scrape or reverse-engineer our platform, or use listings for fraudulent or illegal products.

Our Service
ListMate PH is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps Shopee Philippines sellers create product listing copy. You provide product details (name, keywords, features, category, language preference) and our service generates:
- • Product titles with Shopee's 120-character limit in mind
- • Bullet points highlighting key selling points
- • Product descriptions in English or Taglish
- • Product tags formatted for paste-ready use on Shopee
- • Compliance checks for title length, spam terms, and tag format
Free tier: One free listing generation without an account, plus welcome credits when you sign up. Paid plans (billed in USD via Creem): Monthly ($5/month), Quarterly ($13 every 3 months), and Annual ($45/year) subscriptions with unlimited generations while active. Philippine Peso (₱) prices shown on our website are approximate reference conversions only.

ListMate PH uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash (via OpenRouter) to generate Shopee product listing copy — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and tags — from the product details you provide.

Currency and Billing
Prices shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) are approximate conversions for reference only. All subscriptions are billed in US Dollars (USD) through Creem. The exchange rate is indicative and may vary at checkout.

- • Quarterly: $13.00 USD every 3 months
- • Annual: $45.00 USD per year
Payments are processed by Creem in US Dollars. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange rate or fees if your account is not denominated in USD.
Your Responsibilities

- • Keep your account credentials secure

Prohibited Activities
- • Generating listings for counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products

- • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
- • Sharing account credentials or reselling access to the service
- • Using automated tools to abuse free-tier or credit limits
Intellectual Property and Generated Content
Your Rights to Generated Listings
You may use listing copy generated through our service for your own e-commerce business, including on Shopee Philippines and other marketplaces. You are responsible for ensuring your listings do not infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights, or platform policies.
Our Intellectual Property
The ListMate PH platform — including our website, software, prompts, compliance rules, branding, and user interface — remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or resell access to our service.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
Service Availability

AI-Generated Content
Listing copy is generated by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash via OpenRouter. Output may contain errors, outdated information, or content that does not meet Shopee's current guidelines. Always review and edit before publishing.
No Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee increased sales, search rankings, or Shopee policy compliance for any generated listing.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Paid Subscriptions
- • Monthly ($5 USD), Quarterly ($13 USD), and Annual ($45 USD) plans
- • Billed in US Dollars (USD) via Creem
- • Unlimited listing generations while subscription is active
- • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation and Refunds
- • Cancel anytime through your dashboard or Creem customer portal
- • Contact support@taglishlist.com for refund requests
- • No refunds for partially used subscription periods
- • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:

- • For significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notice
- • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
